We recommend ordering your wedding dress at least 6 months before your wedding date. This allows ample time for the dress to be ordered, altered and delivered to you. If you need your dress sooner than that, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Yes, at Alter Couture we understand that each bride is unique and that their wedding dress should reflect that. We are pleased to offer our customers the option to customize their wedding dress with different colours, fabrics, and/or embellishments on some of our styles. At Alter Couture, we understand how important it is to find the perfect gown for your special day. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, so we offer A full refund minus shipping cost and a restocking fee of £125 will be applied for all gowns under £600. If you would like to return or exchange a gown, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your package to arrange for a return or exchange. All sales are final for gowns over £600. Conditions of return Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
