Customer Care

Thank you for choosing Alter Couture. We appreciate your business and would like to make sure your experience exceeds our expectations.

Please read and understand the following store policies.

*Changes cannot be made once the order has been placed.

*Sizing:

Alter Couture strongly encourages you to seek professional measurements by a seamstress or consultant at a local bridal boutique. If you absolutely can not get professionally measured, please visit the reference guide for tips on how to measure yourself.

Once you have your measurements, view the size chart to determine the appropriate sizing for your order. Best practice suggests that you use the largest measurement to determine your size. For example, if your hip falls in a size 10 but your bust falls in a size 8, select a 10 to allow for the hip. Gowns can easily be sized down in alterations, but most of the time can not be let out. If you have any questions, please contact us directly.

Alter Couture can only suggest sizes based on customer measurements and manufacturer size charts. The size chosen is your decision. In most cases, alterations are necessary to ensure proper fit.

*Alterations:

Alterations are the customer's responsibility.

*Limitation of Liability:

Alter Couture cannot be held responsible for manufacturer defects or delays beyond our control. We do, however, guarantee our best efforts before and after problems arise.
